To process a claim, you may be required to provide your order number, product pictures, packaging pictures, and a short description of the issue. An unboxing video may also be requested where applicable.
Return or refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. The product must be unused, unfitted, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Invoice or order proof should also be available.
Returns or refunds may not be accepted if the product has been used, installed, damaged after delivery, altered, repaired, or returned without original packaging. Claims made after 7 days may not be accepted.
Some items may not be eligible for return once opened, used, fitted, or installed, including electrical items, oils, lubricants, batteries, bulbs, cables after fitting, and products specially arranged on customer request.
